Introduction

SAFEOPS allows you to follow ground operations in real-time thanks to a combination of two complementary applications:

Preparing the environment for flight treatment

Before treating your flights, you need to prepare your SAFEOPS environment.
In order to do so, you need to fill in the following information on SAFEOPS:

• The services provided for the flights and the different tasks composing them.
• The airports where you treat the flights; they will be your Stations, in addition to the available services.
• The airlines companies you work with: it’s your customers and the kind of services they demand.
• The Agents you have on each station

Flight processing

Once your SAFEOPS environment in place, you can begin processing your flights.
First, you will have to dispatch your agents for the flight. You can choose for each one of them the services he needs to do.
Second, and once the ground operations launched for a flight, your agents need to use the Android application in order to submit the tasks of each service.
These information will be sent instantly through SAFEOPS. You can visualize them in a timeline.
You can, also, invite your partners, to follow the flight.

While operations on the ground are still ongoing, your flight report is automatically generated from the Android application information. You can visualize the flight report at anytime on SAFEOPP web application.
Once operations are over, you can get a PDF copy of the report, to download or send to a partner.
