Reports

While operations on the ground are still ongoing, your flight report is filled with information from the Android application. You can visualize the flight report at anytime on SAFEOPP.
Once operations are over, you can get a PDF copy of the report, to download or send to a partner.

Validated reports

In this page, you will find the listed flights with a validated Report.
A valid Flight Report is a report whose information has been locked. Click on the image of the PDF file to go directly to the report preview page.
You can download the PDF and send it to a partner.

Download a PDF copy of the flight report

Once the Flight Report validated, you can download it:

Go to the flight details page and then to the Report tab
Validate the Flight Report
Click on the upper right panel Report Preview
In the PDF preview page, click on the button Download in the upper right side of the page.
The download will start automatically.

Send the Flight Report

To send the Flight Report to an email address :

Go to the flight details page and then to the Report tab
Validate the Flight Report
Click on the upper right panel Report Preview
In the PDF preview page, click on the button Send in the upper right side of the page.
In the appearing box, simply add the email address of your recipient and then tap "Enter" on your keyboard.
Your recipient will receive an email with a link so he can download the PDF copy of the report.

Draft reports

Here are the flights with Reports to validate, ie Reports whose information are not locked and which are still in preview mode only.
Click on the image of the PDF file to go directly to the preview page of the Report.

The PDF flight report remains in preview mode only until it is validated. Once validated, the Flight Report PDF can be downloaded, shared on the timeline and sent to email addresses.
